The release of Gears of War 3 is just a few days away, but if you’re loathe the idea of staring at boring old gun metal for the duration of Gears 3, this post is for you. Epic has announced that they’ll have 21 weapon skins available for download on Gears of War 3‘s launch day, letting you spend money on stuff that adds absolutely nothing to your game right out of the gate.
If inconsequential weapon skins sound like something you’re interested in, then you’re in luck, because it sounds like there’ll be quite the variety to choose from. MTV Multiplayer says that there will be skins ranging from floral prints and animated thunderstorm skins to tiger stripes and desert camo skins. There will also be a number of pink skins to choose from for Gears of War‘s more feminine fans.
